Shannon Hawkins
Founder/Keeper
With over 10 years as a registered veterinary nurse and five years running a successful dog walking business, Shannon has built her career around compassion, creativity, and community. Her lifelong passion for dance, creative arts and self-expression inspired the creation of HallowsFest, which has grown into HallowsFest CIC. With a particular passion for the spirit of Hallowen she is dedicated to creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, learn new skills, express themselves, and celebrate creativity in all its forms.
Joshua Newport
Operations
Joshua’s journey has been shaped by resilience, community, and a passion for bringing people together. From learning discipline through boxing to building Newport’s Catering, his career has always centred on creating positive experiences for others. His work within Children’s Social Care and the education sector strengthened his commitment to supporting young people and building stronger communities. Today, through HallowsFest CIC, Joshua combines his love of food, live music, and creativity to create welcoming spaces where people can connect, develop new skills, express themselves, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Harry has come to the HallowsFest team through hard effort and determination, he has always wanted to be a part of a positive team and work alongside people who are passionate and committed to their goals. His roots began working in the kitchen industry and learning the heat that comes from hard work. But after vast amounts of learning under pressure, he decided to take a break in his life, visiting some far away lands he saw a lot of culture from the world. Upon returning home he looks to bring resourcefulness and community spririt to support those around him.
Nigel Whoknows
Hardest Working Employee
Nigel is HallowsFest longest working employee, always standing around helping out. Often found at the HallowsFest Bar, he makes a stiff cocktail.
